The EMBASSY, a new building dwelling alongside Koellnischen Park in Berlin TCHOBAN VOSS Architekten, Sergei Tchoban The "EMBASSY" residential project is composed of six buildings that rest on a 22,774 sqm [245,137 sq. ft.] plot opposite Koellnischer Park. The park is located in Berlin's Mitte district, not far from the Spree River. It has a rich history of being a fortified city during the seventeenth century. During the middle of the eighteenth century, it was dismantled in order to expand the Prussian capital. Today, there are many embassies and consular offices located in the area. The Alexanderplatz and the historic center around Gendarmenmarkt are also nearby. The residential complex manages to fit seamlessly into its urban surroundings.
