Andrew Clark focuses on the implementation of both new and proven energy efficient systems and technology. He is interested in sustainable strategies in an architecturally integrated approach along with robust system designs for lasting operability. He has experience with large and complicated projects, like the Binney Street Laboratory Buildings for Alexandria Real Estate or the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, D.C. As part of the Smithsonian, Andrew was engaged as MEP engineer on the Oprah Winfrey Theater, providing displacement ventilation, ambitious multipurpose lighting and digital capabilities, and exceptional acoustical controls with a floating slab construction. He has also worked on renovation and expansion projects including the Sterling Chemistry Laboratory at Yale University in New Haven, CT.
