The projects in the ‘House’ category of THE PLAN Award 2021

The residence is certainly one of the most recurring design themes, but also the most varied. A house can in fact be immersed in the natural environment or surrounded by the urban context, newly built or the result of a restoration intervention, but in any case, it represents the most intimate context in a person's life, which the designer is called to interpret in close collaboration with the client. On the other hand, it is also an area that offers numerous ideas, especially for interior design solutions: a theme that everyone experienced in first person during the lockdown.

There are 35 shortlisted projects in the ‘House’ category of THE PLAN Award 2021, between the two sections Completed and Future, coming from all over the world. These works have already passed the first selection phase of the prestigious annual architecture and design award and could be included by the jury among the finalists. However, everyone can vote for their favorite projects in view of the assignment of the Community Wish List Special Prize.
