The finalists of the MIPIM Awards 2026 have been announced, the prestigious international awards celebrating the most visionary, sustainable and architecturally outstanding real estate and urban projects worldwide.
The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday, 12 March 2026, at the Grand Auditorium of the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France, as part of MIPIM – The Global Urban Festival.

MIPIM Awards 2026: categories and jury
Projects shortlisted for the MIPIM Awards 2026 compete across ten categories, spanning a broad spectrum of real estate and urban development typologies, including both completed projects and developments in progress: Best Conversion Project, Best Cultural, Sports and Education Project, Best Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure Project, Best Industrial & Logistics Project, Best Mixed-Use Project, Best Residential Project, Best Urban Regeneration Project, Best Workplace Experience, Best New Development, and Best New Mega Development.
The selection of the winners is entrusted to an international jury of real estate and architecture experts. Chaired by Véronique Bédague, CEO of Nexity (France), the jury brings together leading professionals from around the world, including Melike Altinişik, Aaron Block, Guy Grainger, Karim Habra, Akinori Kanayama, Nicholas Maclean, Jani Nokkanen, Alexandra Notay, Vanessa Roux-Collet, and Camilla Van Deurs.
