Fap Ceramiche’s extensive Materia Project comprises four separate but complementary surface collections. Materia Classica, a new addition to the range, is a statement of innovation and style in porcelain stoneware that foregrounds the timeless qualities of travertine and the materiality of natural stone, while engaging with its surroundings and shaping their character. Travertine is the line’s key reference point, with its characteristic features highlighted and reinterpreted through a very modern lens. The result is a collection of surfaces that are vibrant, tactile, elegant, contemporary, and grounded in a visual narrative built on materiality and sensory cues.

When used with the project’s other collections, Materia Classica creates sophisticated cross‑compositions that give shape to essential, unified spaces with a strong sculptural feel.
