Named for the Japanese concept of purity and simplicity, Kanso modular saunas feature a minimalist, understated design that evokes a sense of peace and harmony. Designed by Alessandro Andreucci and Christian Hoisl, the line is the latest release from Effe, an Italian company with over 35 years of experience in custom wellness solutions. Fully customizable and adaptable to diverse settings – from private residences to commercial spas and hospitality projects – Kanso saunas feature exterior timber frames that provide a contemporary, refined rhythm, allowing the structure to integrate seamlessly into its surroundings. The series features heat-treated aspen and 8 mm tempered glass – certified materials sourced through eco-conscious manufacturing to ensure both durability and performance. Dimmable integrated LEDs emit a diffused glow that accentuates the system’s geometric clarity. The range of built-ins and accessories includes towel racks and tiered benches with cross-frame supports.
Besides three standard sizes, the sauna’s width can be specified to meet unique requirements, offering further flexibility for custom installations. Remote management via the My Effe app offers streamlined control over temperature and all available functions at any time. Complementing the traditional sauna, the Kanso system also offers a biosauna option, operating at temperatures between 50° and 60°C with variable humidity between 60% and 70%. This option creates a gentler, more immersive experience.
