Elegant and ultra-thin, fit is the latest switch plate from Vimar. At just 3/16” (4.9 mm) – the thinnest in the Arké range – it blends subtly into any wall with its perfectly flush finish. Its shape complements its setting, enhancing the style of any building and complementing any architectural or interior design theme.
Reinforced with fiberglass, the dedicated mounting block provides structural strength while guaranteeing a perfectly square fit for devices. Its special design also makes it possible to compensate for its depth when used with drywall, ensuring that the plate sits perfectly on any wall.
Made of metal, Arké fit joins the square lines of Arké Classic and the soft curves of Arké Round. It can be combined with switches and controls in anthracite gray, white, and Metal (a brand-new shade with a metallic effect). Plus, the traditional painted and brushed metal finishes have been joined by three new plate colors – Sabbia di Lipari (Lipari sand), Tortora (dove gray), Terra di Siena (sienna) – creating a total of 11 different finishes that will work in with even the latest design trends.
Over 200 functions are available for both traditional and smart systems, with a wide range of digital control options also available using a smartphone or voice command. Requiring zero building work, View Wireless devices make it simple to get a traditional electrical system connected. The addition of a home automation system – including both the By-me Plus and the KNX systems – then makes it possible to centralize functions, maximizing personalization options and system management functionality.
The Arké fit range also includes Type-C USB sockets, the new technological standard for powering and charging the latest generation devices, making them ideal for hotel rooms and offices. The Quid magnetic relay centralizes lighting control with a traditional electrical system as well as automating window shutters, even storing your favorite position to memory. The infrared switch turns lights on and off when a person passes nearby or the sun goes down, providing touch-free lighting control and reducing power consumption. The Wi-Fi access point will expand internet connectivity throughout the home, even to where the router signal is weak or non-existent, ensuring Wi-Fi in every room. Finally, with RGB backlighting for color-coordinated controls, the touch chronothermostat delivers optimum home climate control.
