Anne Marie’s deep understanding of architectural history informs not just her award-winning preservation/restoration residential work, but also contemporary cultural and commercial projects, including the TWA Hotel, which is being designed as a jet-age complement to the iconic Eero Saarinen terminal at JFK Airport.  Anne Marie’s most recent historic restoration project, a town house in Brooklyn Heights, received the New York Landmarks Conservancy 24^th Annual Lucy G. Moses Preservation Award as well as the Brooklyn Heights Association 2013 Best Renovation Award.
