This volume is the story of the regeneration of an important and historically rich building for the city of Milan, namely Palazzo Broggi. Carried out by Genius Loci Architettura on behalf of DeA Capital Real Estate SGR, the intervention has given rise to an architecture that blends history and contemporaneity, whose completely renovated spaces indulge in new experiences, starting from the large basement vault to the panoramic terrace, a vantage point over the entire historic center and the changing skyline of the modern city of Milan.
