Digital versionThe Syntonia Palace residential complex embodies a desire to reinterpret contemporary living in Rome. Located on Via di Villa Ricotti in the Nomentano district, the building borders the German Academy’s gardens. This Praemia REIM Italy SGR initiative commissioned IPI Management Services to undertake overall project management. Architectural quality, energy efficiency, and living comfort are the guiding principles of the project, which offers a valuable opportunity for regenerating the surrounding urban fabric.
The project is presented in the volume Syntonia Palace. Contemporary Living in the Eternal City, edited by THE PLAN Editions and published in a bilingual Italian–English edition.
