The urban informality is the starting point of a research on urban phenomena that characterize the contemporary city, particularly my hometown, Lima, a city plagued by social inequality and divided, as a result, into two large blocks: the formal and informal city. Having studied the "barriadas" a term used to describe slums and all marginal and informal urban settlements in Lima, I have expanded my research with an ecological and sustainable urban proposal, the development of this strategy in the informal territory starts with the application of a specific device determining the info free system whose main feature is the creation of a dynamic process of intervention for each specific scope in this Urban Strategy.
