The Mantova Campus of Politecnico di Milano and the Municipalities of Castelnuovo del Garda, Sommacampagna, Sona and Valeggio sul Mincio, in collaboration with ICS Istituto Commercio Servizi di Vicenza launched an International Competition for ideas in the field of architectural and landscape design, aimed at enhancing the collective spaces of the historic town centres of the four Verona Municipalities and the nature trails that branch out in the territories of the Morainic Garda Hills. The initiative is aimed at promoting memory and culture, preserving architectural and landscape features, and enhancing the historical and natural heritage of the Morainic territories, through the regeneration of identity, awareness of the value and perception of their great beauty. The catalogue collects the competition projects and some texts framing the themes addressed.
