Inspired by the fluid lines of superyachts, the Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab resort embodies Dubai’s maritime heritage. Conceived by Killa Design, the resort comprises 11 gourmet restaurants, four themed bars, a Pierre Hermé pastry shop, spa and wellness facilities, private beaches, six outdoor spaces on the marina promenade, and four swimming pools, offering guests a high-end luxury experience.
Set within grounds facing the Persian Gulf, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is distinguished by its futuristic architecture. Its visionary language is also seen in its sophisticated interiors designed by HBA, AvroKO, and LTW Designworks. From the entrance, the lobby invites guests to follow a pathway through the various bars and restaurants, each defined by a distinct atmosphere, recreating the sensation of cruising on a yacht at sea. Guest suites open outward with full-height glass walls that lead onto generous terraces with panoramic Gulf views. The terraces also naturally shade the interiors, reducing cooling energy demand by up to 40%. Other environmentally friendly measures include graywater recycling for irrigation, a ban on single-use plastics, and the planting of over 3,100 palm trees to create a green, lush environment.
