The United Arab Emirates is an area of great interest for Pininfarina, the international Italian brand – with the most branded projects globally – active in the automotive, industrial, architectural, and interior design sectors. Among its current projects in the country are Iconic Residences, in Dubai, and Palazzo Tissoli, on Al Marjan Island.
Located in the Dubai Internet City district, the Iconic Residences tower is international developer Mered’s flagship project in the city. The building comprises 310 high-end apartments with sea views and is located near attractions such as Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. The residences will include custom-designed furniture by Pininfarina that reflects the same stylistic language as the apartments themselves, creating a cohesive look throughout each home and a unique living experience.
Located inside one of the country’s most beautiful nature reserves, Palazzo Tissoli marks Pininfarina’s first project in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The project, which fuses Italian design heritage with the local lifestyle, grew out of the studio’s collaboration with developer Tissoli. The mixed-use building was inspired by the site’s natural landscape – a place where, set against a mountain backdrop, desert dunes meet coastal mangrove swamps – and offers a selection of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments along with corner duplex units with panoramic views. Ideal for a rejuvenating stay, the complex includes retail spaces, a private cinema, and several bars and cafés, including the Skyline Lounge, and a 24-hour café. The lower levels house a range of amenities, including co-working spaces, a spa, a yoga studio, swimming pools, and a children’s play area.
