Seven residences suspended above the sea set a new standard in exclusive living in Dubai. With five bedrooms and 930 sq. m of floor space across two levels, each of the seven villas embraces its marine setting, making it an integral part of daily life. On the first floor of these rectangular homes a large living area overlooks the sea, with full-height glazing dissolving the boundary between interior and exterior. On the terrace, an infinity pool blends visually with the horizon, while custom glass fiber–reinforced concrete shading with a geometric design provides privacy and protection. Recalling the colors of the sea, a blue onyx wall beside the metal stairs creates a striking material counterpoint. The interior design embodies Bvlgari’s hallmark design language in a palette of exclusive, natural materials, including bronze details, oak paneling, silk, teak, and hand-worked terracotta tiles.

Bvlgari Ocean Mansions form part of an exclusive complex that also includes the Bvlgari Resort Dubai, the Bvlgari Yacht Club and Marina. The exterior spaces, private gardens, and use of the resort’s facilities extend the domestic realm, offering a sophisticated and exclusive lifestyle.
