Absolute Elegance at Sea

The North Star has always been a signpost for the people of the Northern Hemisphere. A navigational tool for the sailors of the past, it still serves as a source of direction and guidance today. Absolute Yachts has embraced this concept of a guiding light with Navetta 70, a yacht that will serve as the luxury boatbuilder’s own North Star for the years to come. Every aspect of the vessel reveals the design team’s focus on balancing classic style with contemporary design, while making the spaciousness of the interiors a key element. The work of the same shipyard, both the naval architecture and interior design express a seamless harmony throughout.

The main deck, the nerve center of onboard life, reflects all these features, beginning with the aft terrace, with modular furniture and overlooking the sea, through the yacht’s interior spaces. Here, there is an open-plan kitchen and a large area for relaxation. With numerous windows, portholes, and glass balustrades, both are in constant connection with the exterior and surrounding seascape.

Adding to the warm, welcoming atmosphere of these spaces – as well as the guest cabins, the owner’s suite, and crew quarters on the lower deck – are the ever-present flowing curves of the handcrafted furniture, ceiling decorations, and lighting. The color palette ranges from white to gray to black, with bronze accents adding a touch of refinement. Fine materials, such as bleached timber, further add to the elegant mood. High ceilings, sliding doors, and a minimal use of steps all accentuate the sense of spaciousness and continuity. The same attention to detail is on show on the bottom deck, where, from bow to stern, the spaces include the owner’s suite with a double bed, three guest cabins amidships, and generously sized crew quarters with a separate kitchen.

All the outdoor living areas – from the versatile flybridge with options for a sunshade canopy or a fixed hardtop with solar panels, to the spacious aft terrace – are meticulously designed to encourage relaxation at sea and at anchor. These spaces focus on establishing an uninterrupted connection with the sea and surrounding nature, while reflecting the design team’s commitment to both luxury and the environment. The solar panels on top of the flybridge are another example of sustainable design. Lightweight, efficient, flexible, and resistant to saltwater, they contribute to a more ethical and sustainable onboard life. The flybridge features a forward helm station, a wet bar, an open-air kitchen, and a relaxation area with modular furniture that adapts to guests’ needs.

With its comfortable, expansive spaces that reinforce the connection with the marine surroundings, and an overall length of just over 21 m, Navetta 70 marks the beginning of a new era for Absolute Yachts’ luxury vessels.

Found in the ceiling decorations and light fixtures, a circular motif is a common theme in both the night and day areas, creating continuity between the spaces.

The utmost attention to detail went into the lower deck, where the cabins are located. Featuring a double bed, delicate tones, and an inviting atmosphere, the owner’s suite is located in the bow.

From the main deck, a glass door leads to the aft terrace, with a table and upholstered seating. From here, one can access the upper deck – a flybridge available in various configurations.

Bleached wood, rounded furnishings, bronze accents, and white, gray, and black tones give the main deck an elegant, contemporary look.

Two defining traits of Navetta 70 are its dynamism and spaciousness. An example is the aft terrace that seamlessly flows into the exceptionally large interior salon.

Respect for the environment extends to selecting sustainable fixtures and fittings. Absolute Yachts therefore opted for Vimar’s Linea series of switches and switch plates, which integrate discreetly into the vessel’s sleek design. The collection is produced from recycled plastics and materials from renewable resources, and comes in FSC-certified eco-sustainable packaging. Its optimized manufacturing process reduces CO₂ equivalent emissions by over 80%, guaranteeing annual savings of over 500 ton
