The luminaire body consists of a stainless-steel tube, connected seamlessly to a clear polycarbonate screen and methacrylate diffusing cylinder: Light enters the cylinder’s interior and is dispersed by the diffusers decorative texture. Zyl achieves fascinating luminous distributions and creates evocative visual journeys.
Zyl is a flexible and contemporary system which can inhabit residential interiors as well as external landscapes in a very natural manner. Bollard options can be installed either into the ground or surface mounted at two different heights. Wall mounted, surface and recessed suspended versions are also available. All versions utilise LED sources.
The Zyl family of products stands out for its high luminous efficiency, remarkably long life and energy saving potential, resulting from its ability to emit the right quantity of light using as little as 2 Watts of LED power.
Zyl is highly resistant to the external environment and UV rays thanks to the passivation and micro-shot-blasting treatment undergone by all external steel parts.
All accessible parts have a surface temperature lower than 75° enabling the products to be used safety within public and residential spaces.
