The Moretti Towers in Rome Reborn with Tinexta’s Offices

Born from the redevelopment of the Moretti Towers in Piazzale Flaminio, the new Tinexta headquarters in Rome houses the company – a leader in Digital Trust, Cybersecurity, and Business Innovation services – which once again entrusted the Progetto CMR International Group with the design of its offices, consolidating an already well-established collaboration with Progetto CMR, Progetto Design & Build, and InFire.

The project, carried out within the Moretti Towers, involved an area of over 4,000 m², where more than 300 employees from Tinexta Group companies based in the capital now work. The building, designed in 1974 by Luigi Moretti, one of the great names of 20th-century Italian architecture, is located just a few steps from Piazza del Popolo and consists of two towers connected by a two-story podium.

Moretti Towers: a project continuing the narrative begun in Milan

After the Milan headquarters in Piazza Vetra, the Roman project represents a new stage in the evolutionary journey of the Tinexta Group. Both offices are an integral part of the rebranding process that has led to a new shared brand identity, inspired by the principle “One Group, One Brand.”

The synergistic management of the different expertise within the Progetto CMR International Group made it possible to oversee every phase of the project: Progetto CMR handled the design and site supervision, including fire safety with the support of InFire, while Progetto Design & Build managed the full execution of the spaces.

The design concept, signed by Progetto CMR, aims to visually reflect the values of the new Tinexta: cohesion, innovation, energy, and a shared vision. The new "Tinextype" logotype, created specifically for the rebranding, stands out for its unique typography, with ten-degree angled cuts that convey dynamism and forward momentum.

Flexible spaces designed for collaboration

The architectural project of the new headquarters continues the visual language already established in Milan, ensuring both aesthetic and functional continuity. On the first floor, a large flexible Innovation Area has been conceived as a multifunctional space for events, presentations, and networking.

On the second floor, a spacious break area has been designed as a place for well-being and informal exchange; welcoming and modular furnishings encourage socialization among colleagues and the sharing of ideas. Completing the project are executive spaces, including the boardroom dedicated to formal meetings.

The color and design choices – neutral tones with blue accents echoing the logo, combined with dynamic lines inspired by a lightning bolt – visually embody the spirit of Tinexta: an organization driven by change and continuous innovation.
