In the heart of the Itria Valley, in the Italian region of Apulia, among centuries-old olive trees and almond groves in Cisternino, the Mo’ Trullo's Luxury Experience resort takes shape from the redevelopment of two historic trulli, Trullo delle Dame and Trullo dei Pumi. Surrounded by a six-hectare private park, Mo’ is an intimate retreat where memory and the present coexist in perfect balance, giving rise to a fully immersive living experience.Mo’ Trullo - A++ Group Courtesy A++ Group

Mo’ Trullo's Luxury Experience stems from the vision of Paolo Colombo, founder of A++ Group, an international reality conceived as a creative ecosystem integrating architecture, interior design, construction, real estate, product design, hospitality management and property investment.

The property now marks a significant milestone by entering the prestigious Mandarin Oriental Exceptional Homes collection, an international recognition that rewards the finest private vacation residences, capable of offering outstanding services and experiences in line with the highest standards of hospitality.

The work of A++ Group’s Hospitality Management division, led by Silvia Biassoni, translates a design vision into a hospitality system capable of restoring value to time, slowness and quality of life.

Mo’ embodies a new idea of experiential luxury, where architecture and design merge into a coherent narrative, naturally balancing conviviality and absolute privacy, without any compromise on exclusivity.Mo’ Trullo - A++ Group © Diego Mariella, courtesy A++ Group

The trulli have been restored and reinterpreted in a contemporary key, in full respect of the original essence of Apulian living: a continuous and harmonious dialogue between human beings and nature. Designed to accommodate up to 25 guests, the two residences can be rented together or separately. The highly personalized services follow a bespoke approach, shaping each stay around the guest’s needs.

Spread across six hectares, the property is conceived as a fluid spatial organism, where spaces unfold naturally: bedrooms, communal areas, kitchen and living areas engage in dialogue with the outdoors through a large glass wall, a distinctive element that frames the landscape and makes it an integral part of the living experience.

Here, light is not only functional but becomes a design material, flowing through the spaces and reflecting on Trani stone, lime white surfaces, natural linen and jute textiles, and reclaimed wood, defining an essential and material atmosphere.Mo’ Trullo - A++ Group Courtesy A++ Group

Redeveloped using traditional construction techniques and following the principles of bioclimatic architectureTrullo delle Dame and Trullo dei Pumi represent an evolutionary continuity: a past that renews itself without losing its identity.

Private heated pools, outdoor living areas, open-air kitchens, spaces dedicated to outdoor living, an organic garden, a padel court, a gym area and outdoor pools complete an experience perfectly integrated into the landscape.Mo' Trullo's Luxury Experience - A++ Group Courtesy A++ Group

Sustainability, an intrinsic quality of the project, lies in the use of renewable energy, the recovery of cisterns and the passive management of thermal comfort, in dialogue with the original constructive intelligence of the trullo. This building typology, in fact, already represents a prototype of passive architecture thanks to the high thermal inertia of the stone, the thickness of the cavity walls, the small openings that favor natural ventilation, and the conical shaped roofs with chiancarelle covering, capable of ensuring waterproofing and summer cooling.
