Light Board by Erco

All members of the family feature ERCO's efficient LED technology for highly effective lighting. The integrated Spherolit technology with collimators and tertiary Spherolit lenses ensures optimal light distribution - from extremely narrow to very wide beams as well as the offer of asymmetrical characteristics for vertical illuminance. Light Board is available in three sizes for different levels of luminous flux. The Light Board spotlights with double-sided light aperture are particularly suited for accent lighting across large distances and in rooms with high ceilings - thus extending the application of LED technology to include areas previously reserved to discharge lamps.

Compact and modular
The compact design of Light Board is complicit with the concept of the range as is its modular structure for differing lumen packages. With interchangeable Spherolit lenses and a luminous flux of up to 4320lm, the Light Board range is able to meet even high performance requirements with great flexibility. The integrated control gear and concealed cabling contribute to the clear stylistic features of the range. The hinge is borrowed from modern IT hardware to enable a soft, yet precise movement of the design housing and securely align the luminaire as required. Providing efficient heat dissipation, the strikingly designed cast aluminium housing ensures optimum operating conditions and a long life of the LEDs. Light Board spotlights can be dimmed, using differing connections, for versatile efficient visual comfort. The versions with ERCO's own electronic control gear have an integrated potentiometer to adjust the output individually and precisely.

Light Board spotlights with potentiometer can also be controlled using most external trailing-edge dimmers. This feature makes them ideal for an energy-efficient upgrade to existing lighting installations that are often equipped with this widely-used dimmer technology. Alternatively, Light Board spotlights are also available as DALI-compatible Light Clients.

Light Board for recessed ceiling installation
For recessed ceiling situations, Light Board floodlights and wallwashers are also available as recessed luminaires. The light quality and efficiency of ERCO's LED lighting technology qualify this model both for museums and galleries and for salesroom concepts. Their compact design allows for a very low installation depth of 81mm to ensure space-saving compatibility with false ceilings.

LED spotlights with RGBW varychrome technology
Both installation versions of Light Board are also available with the new RGBW varychrome technology: Using collimators and Spherolit lens systems, the beams are produced without colour shadows to provide DALI-controlled white hues with excellent colour rendering and variable colour temperature, but also any light colour, from pastel hues all the way to the highly saturated range. The new technology is based on the concept of adding warm white LEDs (3000K) to the primary colours red, green and blue (RGB).
