Lantern-like forms define Spark Line, the new luminaire family by BEGA, a company with over 80 years’ experience in high-end
architectural and landscape lighting design. Table, pendant and wall versions are complemented by outdoor fixtures set directly on the ground for gardens and pathways, extending the same language across interior and exterior settings. The fluted surface breaks the light into multiple reflections, giving each piece a clear, sculptural presence even when turned off. Developed across several product lines, Spark Line places light at the center of both architectural and outdoor design. Its structured surfaces and material composition split and diffuse the light into distinct reflections, giving each luminaire its own character while maintaining a clear, cohesive language across the collection.

The range includes rechargeable table and pendant luminaires, designed to be placed or suspended using a discreet hook integrated into the top. With an operating time of up to 12 hours, they recharge via USB-C, making them suitable where no fixed power supply is available. A wall-mounted version, sharing the same lantern-like form, is designed for permanent installation. Both options are suitable for interior and exterior use, from private terraces to outdoor areas in hospitality settings.

The outdoor range includes garden and pathway luminaires, available in two versions with different base diameters. With a luminous flux of 600 lumens, they deliver precise, glare-free lighting accents. Installation can be configured in two ways: either flexible, using a ground spike and the BEGA UniLink® system, patented for garden lighting and allowing centralized control of all luminaires; or permanent, with an installation housing and a screw-mounted base.

Material is central to Spark Line, developed through ongoing research and innovation. The fluted body, available in crystal glass – produced at the company’s glassworks in Limburg – or BEGA NeoGlass®, shapes how light is reflected and diffused across its surface. The latter material is lighter and more impact-resistant than conventional glass, while remaining UV-stable and resistant to temperature variation. This makes it particularly suited to outdoor luminaires, where fixtures are more exposed to impacts or tipping. The table version is also available entirely in crystal glass. Within the body, a wedge with a brass finish adds a warm tonal contrast.

Whether placed on a table, suspended overhead or set into the landscape, Spark Line’s elegant luminaires define space through light, material and atmosphere.
