The idea stemmed from the desire to renew the spatial and commercial experience of Top Color, transforming the store into an immersive place where brand identity merges with product quality and innovation. The concept was developed through an integrated approach combining aesthetics, functionality, and visual communication, aiming to create an orderly, emotional, and professional environment that enhances color as the project's central material.

The project is set in a productive urban area near Treviso, aiming to upgrade a standard commercial space by giving it character and identity. Visual transparency between the retail space and the production lab becomes a meaningful architectural gesture, establishing a dialogue with the surroundings and reflecting the transparency of company processes. The connection lies in the architecture of productive honesty.
The project adopts eco-friendly materials and sustainable strategies, using microcement surfaces, natural finishes, and modular displays made of certified wood. Low-consumption LED lighting and the smart use of natural light help reduce energy impact. Digital communication tools reduce printed materials, promoting a low-waste approach. No certifications were requested, but the project aligns with environmental and sensory sustainability.
The new Top Color showroom redefines the retail space as both narrative and technical. The functional layout organizes products by brand and category, ensuring intuitive navigation and clear product differentiation. Custom-designed displays enhance product quality, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal. Experiential corners allow customers to try real applications, while the WallColor display and central LED-wall provide engaging and dynamic visual storytelling. The large counter—core of the space—faces the production lab, symbolizing transparency, continuity, and the connection between creation and sales. This design fosters a lasting, communicative, and inspiring environment for users and professionals alike.
This project marks a shift in technical retail design: no longer just a place of transaction, but an immersive, sensory, and educational environment. Architecture serves both product and user experience, becoming a vehicle of corporate values and culture. A tangible example of how design can embody brand identity while promoting innovation and sustainability.
