Comprising seven distinct plots, the Jiaxing High-Speed Rail New Town project establishes a multifunctional innovation park cluster. Leveraging the local M0 innovative industrial land policy, it forms a high-energy industrial core that transcends conventional planning through its groundbreaking curved design philosophy. This transformative approach replaces linear rigidity with fluid geometries, creating the forward-looking S+ Boundless Innovation Space – harmonizing three integrated realms: Production, Living, and Ecology.

Departing from traditional peripheral layouts, the masterplan prioritizes openness. Generous corner plazas, articulated urban edges, and purposeful gathering nodes enhance environmental quality and amenities. Along primary urban frontages, five sculpted landmark towers rise with distinctive twisting forms and layered compositions, forging an influential architectural ensemble that enriches the regional skyline. Comprehensive amenities cater to diverse users – from blue-collar workers to specialists – offering varied apartment typologies and contemporary facilities. Two dedicated plots serve as publicly accessible civic cores, reinforcing the development’s integration with the city. This configuration fulfills modern industrial demands while supporting community life and ecological stewardship.
