Situated in Ankara, Kazan, outside the city center, the project serves as a self-sufficient ecosystem, ensuring employees can maximize their time in a dynamic, engaging environment. Given its location, the design integrates workspaces, social areas, and green zones, forming a vibrant, interactive hub. The surrounding landscape inspired a biophilic approach, bringing nature indoors through organic shapes, natural materials, and fluid circulation patterns, reinforcing a continuous dialogue between architecture and the natural world.

Foyer and Exhibition Area

Sustainability and eco-compatibility were fundamental to the design, ensuring a balance between innovation and environmental responsibility. The project incorporates responsibly sourced materials, including recycled wood, eco-friendly textiles, and low-emission finishes, reducing its ecological footprint while maintaining a refined aesthetic. To enhance efficiency, smart climate control systems, energy-efficient LED lighting, and natural ventilation optimize energy use. Biophilic elements such as curved green walls, circular planting zones, and indoor courtyards improve air quality, regulate humidity, and reduce noise pollution, creating a calming, wellness-focused atmosphere that fosters productivity and well-being while reinforcing a sustainable, human-centric workspace.

Factory Hallway (From The Pool Area)

A key feature of the project is its inclusive design, catering to both engineers and factory workers, ensuring a cohesive experience for different user groups. The hallway, marked by striking blue LED lighting, serves as the main connection point between the factory and office buildings, symbolizing the transition between industrial production and research-driven innovation. This passage is not only a functional link but also an architectural statement, reinforcing the company’s technological identity while softening the experience through rounded contours and immersive lighting.

Organic forms and fluid design elements are intentionally emphasized throughout the project, softening the workspace and breaking away from rigid, conventional office layouts. Curved ceilings, rounded furniture, and circular acoustic panels contribute to a sense of movement, fostering a more human-centered experience. Meeting rooms and lounge areas embrace soft edges and open, flowing transitions, reinforcing a feeling of comfort and adaptability. A variety of workspace experiences are offered, from focus pods to collaborative hubs and informal meeting zones, allowing users to transition fluidly between work modes.

With its sustainable strategies, human-centric design, and innovative spatial planning, this project is more than just a workplace—it is a next-generation research and development hub, setting a new benchmark for future-forward work environments.
