Located in the heart of Shenzhen’s Super Headquarters Base, the project integrates global corporate clustering, urban cultural landmarks, international exchange hubs, and a world-class coastal public realm — setting a benchmark for the city of the future.
The design draws inspiration from the reinterpretation of natural imagery and traditional culture. Centered around the metaphor of "riding the wind and waves," the space reflects Shenzhen’s distinctive marine culture while symbolizing the forward momentum of our era.Elements such as the “four-water courtyard” skylight, glazed porcelain, and Lingnan-style wooden doors and windows are blended with Western features like louver panels and roundtable meeting formats, embodying cultural inclusivity and the spirit of equal global dialogue.

In terms of functional layout, the project revolves around two core modules: artistic clubhouse and casual meeting zones. It offers full-scene support ranging from large to small-scale private lounges, meeting areas, and multifunctional event spaces. With flexible configurations, movable screens, and intelligent lighting systems, the design responds to diverse needs—embodying a seamless integration of nature, technology, and human-centered experience.
The imagery of the ocean and waves flows throughout the space—wave-patterned carpets, sail-inspired curving walls, yacht-element ceilings, and mountain–water contours on the light panels together form a fluid ecological metaphor, echoing Shenzhen’s identity as a coastal city.
The design incorporates materials such as Brazilian Patagonia granite, reversed white wood grain stone, Princess White marble, Fendi White, oak mountain grain veneer, parquet wood flooring, inorganic coatings, and antique bronze stainless steel—balancing long-term functionality with high environmental standards.
Every spatial form and material has been carefully considered to harmonize Eastern aesthetics with modern craftsmanship, creating a city landmark space that carries Lingnan heritage while engaging with a global context—evoking the poetic beauty of nature and resonating with technological sensibilities.
Located in the core area of Shenzhen’s Super Headquarters Base, the project leverages three key advantages—its concentration of global headquarters, its position as a cultural landmark, and its access to world-class coastal public spaces—to create a model for the future city.
The project spans approximately 1,850 sqm. of interior space. The design is grounded in a deep understanding of contemporary clubhouse typologies, integrating art, culture, and lifestyle to foster diverse community interaction. Drawing inspiration from Shenzhen’s local “marine culture,” the design abstractly reinterprets these elements into a contemporary spatial language and spiritual symbol. It constructs a triadic narrative of “Oriental Aesthetics, Global Vision, and Technological Interaction,” shaping an open and inclusive exhibition clubhouse ecosystem—an urban salon that reflects the Bay Area’s unique identity and celebrates multicultural coexistence.
The design adopts "riding the wind and waves" as a symbolic thread throughout the spatial narrative, emphasizing the localized translation of cultural identity, the modern expression of natural imagery, and resonance with global values. Functional zoning balances formality with interaction, while craftsmanship and aesthetics are reflected in every detail. Through the integrated use of eco-friendly materials, the project aims to create a comprehensive clubhouse with international connectivity, cultural expression, and a sense of futurism.
