Origini Areale Celladon

ORIGINI, the new Abitzai project, offers precious coverings designed with a contemporary language, to go beyond the rules of form, where perception and mirage merge. To travel a field suspended between the real and the unreal. Originating stimuli that evoke to the imagination a subtle exercise of vision. A filigree of fluid forms and unseen signs that reveal themselves to our gaze.
Areale, unseen signs and new material surfaces, landscapes suspended between appearance and memory. Areale communicates belonging, identity, but also an authentic history made of ancestral signs, ancient signs and languages, and a new concept of the contemporary Mediterranean.

Origini Areale Perla

Using only local raw materials and labor, we have created a unique, zero-kilometer ceramic, giving voice to archetypes and connotations closely linked to the cultures of the Mediterranean and Sardinia. A tangible sustainability through the zero km production process, but also a social sustainability, as Abitzai has strong value aspects linked to the territory where it operates.

Origini Areale Cannella

Decorative themes are created through artisanal techniques that guarantee quality and value, applying colored and metallic glazes to the base of porcelain stoneware in an artisanal manner. Origini with Areale, draws on the legacy of the ancient Mediterranean, transforming ceramics into evocative surfaces that tell of history, art, mystery and nature. The collections express the beauty and substance of the land of origin, using harmonious glazes and colors, vanished ancestral languages and island geometries that make this creation unique.

Origini Areale Cotto
An ancestral law binds us to the symbols of our ancestors, their signs, hidden or confused, are like seeds scattered in the fertile soil of our imagination. We started from the roots of the Mediterranean culture and its ancient languages, decoding them in an alphabet that recalls the company's concept of adherence to its land and its authenticity. Roots that are rooted in the Mediterranean land, which in turn becomes fine raw material rich in ancestral connotations for Abitzai's Origini ceramics

Bio

Abitzai, the premium brand of Ceramica Mediterranea born in 2021, embodies the essence of Italian style and the Mediterranean soul. The name, derived from the ancient Sardinian dialect means "to keep lit, to enliven, to sow." A manifesto of intent expressed through sophisticated design collections, far from ephemeral fads, but firmly rooted in the traditions and landscapes of the island.
The Mediterranean is not just a sea, but a cradle of civilizations, a crossroads of cultures and histories intertwined over the centuries. It is not just a geographical space, but a philosophy of encounter, a way of thinking. Abitzai draws on this heritage, transforming it into evocative surfaces that tell of history, art, mystery and nature.
