Project Scene Map

The project is located on the north side of Chongqing Central Park, surrounded by mountains on three sides and adjacent to the Pigeon Gully Reservoir, with superior natural resources. The design adopts a point layout and is built around the lake, ensuring that every household has a panoramic view and introducing the lake scenery into the community through building gaps. The U-shaped public building belt connects various functional areas to form a circular landscape living circle. The buildings are arranged layer by layer according to the terrain height difference, blending naturally with the mountain and lake scenery, creating a secluded and peaceful living environment in the city center. This layout not only respects the original terrain, but also creates a rich sense of spatial hierarchy

The biggest highlight of the project is the innovative flat level villa design, which achieves spatial configuration with large-scale terraces for each household through vertical partitioning and setback treatment. The facade design incorporates rich elements of Sichuan Chongqing culture, the use of characteristic Shu porcelain materials, the collision of the texture of blue glazed ceramic panels and champagne colored metal, vividly interpreting the beautiful meaning of "gold hidden in bamboo". Fine design is reflected in every detail: the prefabricated component system with adjustable errors ensures construction accuracy; Breathable decorative tile curtains endow buildings with a lively and dynamic temperament; Horizontal protruding grille ensures privacy and enhances product quality. The enclosed courtyard creates a rich spatial hierarchy, and the U-shaped public building belt improves the community's living facilities, perfectly balancing the needs of private living and community communication.
