The project is based on the core concept of "Gathering Chengdu, with streets and alleys as homes", and aims to create a benchmark for modern luxury homes on scarce land in the financial city. The design incorporates three major innovations: 1) reconstructing traditional street and alley spaces with modern techniques, and implanting a poetic scene of "windows containing the western ridge" in high-rise buildings; 2) Building a complete hidden luxury quality system from hotel style drop off areas to exquisite facades; 3) Using techniques such as open mountain walls and segmented volumes to break through the traditional form of residential buildings.

The project is located at the core of the third phase of the Financial City, connecting the first phase to the west and the Science and Technology Innovation Valley to the east, building an important link in the city. The cleverly designed diagonal corridor allows homeowners to fully enjoy the views of Jinjiang, Twin Towers, and Jiaozi Park. The overall layout maximizes the utilization of landscape resources, and the rooftop skyclub provides a 360 degree panoramic view of the city. The design of the west and south dual entrances balances privacy and vitality, with open mountain walls and segmented skyline treatment that creates a unique and harmonious integration into the urban texture of the building.
