The idea for Tajfun park Building 4 originated from the company’s need for additional storage and production capacities within the existing Tajfun Park industrial complex. The project was developed taking into account the limitations of the available plot and existing topography. The concept focuses on creating a distinctive architectural building that supports the company’s strategic development and long-term vision, balancing functional requirements with a strong identity.

The building is partially embedded into the natural terrain, which allows seamless access to both the ground and upper floors.
