The Palazzani project is distinguished by the low environmental impact of its manufacturing processes and finishes, such as the innovative trivalent chrome plating process used for faucets and shower systems. This process, active at the Casalmorano (CR) facilities, reflects the company's ongoing commitment to human health, in perfect alignment with its core values.
The process makes use of a cutting-edge, energy-efficient purification system that recovers and treats all waste materials, which, after thorough inspection, are reintroduced into the production cycle (zero-emission process), in full compliance with the strictest regulations and under the careful supervision of a highly qualified technical team.
In addition to the careful selection and control of raw materials, Palazzani uses several advanced finishing technologies:
• Cromo Zero: a galvanic process that does not use substances harmful to human health.
• PVD Color Technology: a coating applied after product chrome plating, ensuring longer-lasting color over time. Aesthetic consistency is managed by highly specialized in-house personnel, along with a dedicated testing department equipped with specific machines to internally perform corrosion, climate, and coating thickness tests in accordance with the strictest international standards.
• HRP Technology: a finish that takes the protection of faucets and shower systems to an unprecedented level, offering outstanding resistance to corrosion, chemicals, weathering, abrasion.
