The idea stems from the desire to turn a complex topographical condition into a strength, integrating architecture with the urban landscape. The site’s natural slope inspired a multi-level composition with hanging gardens and panoramic terraces. The design draws from the nautical world, featuring dynamic volumes, large glazed surfaces, and materials such as stainless steel, wood, and large-format ceramics. The building maximizes southern exposure, ensuring living comfort and seamless indoor-outdoor continuity. Sustainability and energy efficiency are integrated through photovoltaic panels and natural ventilation solutions, redefining the concept of high-end urban living.

The building engages with its urban surroundings by leveraging the site’s natural slope to blend harmoniously into the landscape. Its south-facing orientation ensures excellent exposure and wide views of the park, while the elongated volume enhances natural ventilation and optimal sunlight. The use of hanging gardens and terraces softens the volumetric impact and creates a seamless transition between built space and public greenery. Contemporary materials and refined finishes, inspired by luxury yachts, further enhance the integration with the urban environment and the exclusive character of Viale Ceccarini.

Sustainability is at the core of the project, featuring a high-performance building envelope and extensive use of renewable energy. The façades incorporate low-emissivity glazing and ventilated ceramic cladding to enhance thermal insulation. Photovoltaic panels on the roof and terrace overhangs provide significant energy contribution. Hanging gardens aid in microclimate regulation, while natural ventilation solutions reduce energy consumption. The use of recyclable materials and careful resource management make this project an eco-compatible and efficiency-driven development.
