AGE360 reflects on the construction of urban legacies and the role of architecture in shaping sustainable, integrated futures. The volume results from the interaction between its potential and the local construction regulations, turning site restrictions into an expressive design opportunity. This approach maximizes verticality while balancing aesthetics, functionality, and urban impact. The perimetral concrete exoskeleton allows for flexible interior layouts, freeing the spaces from columns and enhancing views. Merging tangible elements - topography, sunlight, and local regulations - with intangible aspects - history, culture, and social dynamics - brings a blend of the practical and the contextual while creates a unique identity, deeply connected to its environment.

AGE360 proposes a high-performance, contextual architecture rooted in place and open to the city. The building is positioned in Curitiba’s rapidly densifying Ecoville neighborhood, enhancing urban connectivity and accessibility. Its design integrates harmoniously with the local environment, preserving the surrounding forest. By promoting urban porosity, AGE invites public interaction through a ground floor that creates a dynamic street level. The preservation of native araucárias within the project site underscores its commitment to ecological sustainability. Wellness and communal amenities- pool, spa, and gardens - are strategically placed within the middle of the tower, creating a central meeting point with stunning views of both Parque Barigui and the city.
AGE360 was meticulously sculpted to maximize natural light, with its 124-meter-high geometry carefully considered to optimize sun exposure, reducing the need for artificial lighting and enhancing energy efficiency. The use of raw materials such as wood, along with the integration of vegetation, minimizes the carbon footprint. The wood clads the common areas, complementing the concrete exoskeleton, while carefully selected greenery strengthens the connection to nature. This combination promotes biophilia, fostering a healthy and inviting atmosphere, and contributes to the building’s sustainability by improving air quality, reducing heat, and enriching the overall living environment. Additionally, the building has achieved Fitwel certification, further affirming its commitment to wellness.
Standing 124 meters tall, AGE360 is the new architectural landmark in Curitiba. Designed by Greg Bousquet for AG7, the residential tower reshapes the Ecoville neighborhood with a vertical icon that integrates innovation, sustainability, and quality of life. The concept was to create a building visible from multiple points in the city while maintaining strong ties to its surroundings. With views of Barigui Park, the site posed volumetric challenges, overcome after 48 studies. The result is a sculpted volume defined by chamfers, forming the project’s unique identity. To ensure interior flexibility, AGE360 uses a concrete exoskeleton, eliminating internal pillars and allowing for open layouts and unobstructed views. This structure also emphasizes the tower’s verticality and elegance. Common areas—such as a pool, spa, and elevated gardens—are located at the center of the tower, offering panoramic views and enhancing well-being. Materials like natural wood, concrete, and greenery create a warm and peaceful atmosphere. Vegetation plays a key role. Built-in planters create continuous green terraces with wind-resistant, low-maintenance species. The contrast between concrete and greenery strengthens the connection with nature.
We are proud of this new chapter in our history. AGE360 is delivered and ready to offer an unparalleled experience of well-being, sophistication, and innovation. Conceived in 2017, ahead of its time and full of personality, it was designed with an innovative program of services and well-being to fulfill its role: taking care of people
