The design process for the villa began with a deep appreciation for the surrounding landscape. The concept aimed to integrate the villa seamlessly with its environment, emphasizing harmony between architecture and nature. The development involved creating a single-level structure with a green roof, ensuring minimal visual impact. Key features like the inclined ramp, circular courtyards, and extensive use of glass were meticulously designed to blur indoor-outdoor boundaries, while local materials were selected to enhance authenticity and sustainability.

The context is an integral part of the finished project, pushing the boundary between vegetation and living space to the limit. The common areas are entirely enclosed by large sliding glass doors, eliminating any boundaries and creating a constant indoor-outdoor continuum. Meanwhile, the private and nighttime spaces extend peripherally inward. The upper greenery is brought to the lower level through circular courtyards, creating green islands that serve as natural filters between the environments.

A distinguishing feature of the villa is the roof, interrupted by strategically positioned circular courtyards. These courtyards serve multiple functions: they allow natural light to penetrate deeply into the interior spaces, provide ventilation, and establish a visual connection between the different floors. Local materials have been carefully selected to ensure the villa blends perfectly with its environment. The use of regional stone, wood, and glass not only supports sustainability but also enhances the villa's authenticity and connection with the landscape. These materials age gracefully over time, adding to the villa's timeless charm.

A villa to be lived in without boundaries. A complex design space with a primary goal: nature must visually penetrate every environment. Designed to blend seamlessly with its natural surroundings while offering a luxurious and comfortable living environment. Its innovative design features, such as the inclined ramp, circular courtyards, extensive glazing, and strategic pool placement, all contribute to a harmonious integration with the landscape. The use of local materials further roots the villa in its environment, creating a home that is as sustainable as it is beautiful. Key features like the inclined ramp, circular courtyards, and extensive use of glass were meticulously designed to blur indoor-outdoor boundaries, while local materials were selected to enhance authenticity and sustainability.

The design of the villa epitomizes a harmonious blend of modern architecture and nature. The vision for the villa was rooted in the desire to create a sanctuary that not only provided luxurious comfort but also seamlessly integrated with the surrounding landscape. The villa’s design process was a collaborative journey, beginning with an appreciation for the site’s natural beauty and a commitment to sustainability.

Curriculum

The firm is involved in private residential construction, commercial, industrial and public works, hospitality facilities and industrial design, comprehensively managing the process of creating, from concept to site, small- and large-scale architecture. At the beginning of each creative process, guidelines for the plan composition are generally deduced from the urban fabric and, from a series of setbacks from the street wires and empty space in elevation, the architectural form. To the essentiality of compositional gestures is added the use of as many elements of contemporary language, such as folding , interlocking, volumes, projections, voids and full chiaroscuro, masses and transparencies. Moreover, the use of different external skins contributes to the detection of his projects as the result of grafting between monolithic blocks. Designing architecture is a dynamic process, a path, which pushes for continuous new discoveries.
