The project is situated within the Sibillini Park, a fascinating area rich in history. The core idea is to create infrastructure for sustainable cultural and tourist enjoyment, both environmentally and managerially. This approach involves a systemic and forward-looking vision of development, aiming to establish an entity characterized by an inclusive modus operandi, reflecting the diverse voices of the territory. The project objectives are:increase and enhance cultural and tourist services, strengthen knowledge of environmental and cultural elements, to increase the resilience of local communities
The camping site targets an audience sensitive to eco-sustainability themes. Greenery is not just decoration but an integral part of the project, with a focus on sustainable materials compatible with the context. The main objective is to reorganize and modernize the structure, aiming for a green vacation through the use of low-impact technologies, combining energy efficiency with sustainable building practices for newly created environments. The technologies employed include photovoltaic panels, rainwater harvesting, buildings constructed entirely with certified materials, wooden structures, green roofs, and eco-friendly insulation.
The project creates a contemporary space immersed in the nature of the Sibillini Mountains, enchanting places rich in history. Greenery is the foundational element of the project, not just decoration, but a determining part of the design.

FIMA is a studio capable of tacking any type of project: from the interior design of luxury spaces, to the design of commercial buildings, from restoration projects of buildings of high artistic value to restyling and energy requalification of disused industrial spaces. A constant growth, matured in thirty years of presence on the market, has brought the studio to an international level. Today FIMA works in China, Iraq, Iran and Libya.
