Orizzonte Villa
Orizzonte Villa, a luxurious residence designed by M3Progetti, is located in Castelfidardo, in the enchanting countryside of the Conero Riviera. Here, contemporary forms are skillfully interwoven to create a building that unfolds on three different levels. The layout of the villa is forged by the interplay and convergence of minimalist volumes in shades of white, light gray and black, which together define the two main axes along which the structure develops.
An enormous security door by Oikos Venezia welcomes visitors, drawing the eye along the horizontal lines of the villa and the slender black accents and projections that embellish its façade. This invites a sweeping view of the surrounding landscape – a scene framed by lush landscaping, a swimming pool and outdoor living spaces thoughtfully designed to enhance the experience of spending time outside.
The interplay between the architecture and its surroundings is further enhanced by the extensive use of large windows, which, importantly, do not compromise the building’s thermal insulation. During the design process, considerable attention was paid to incorporating technical solutions to ensure optimum protection of the interior from adverse weather conditions. This included the careful selection of south-facing fixtures – those most exposed to summer heat – and the strategic use of a central courtyard to promote natural air circulation. In this respect, Oikos Venezia’s Synua 3TT security door, with its thermal break frame, provides excellent insulation and climate control. Synua’s design, ideal for large dimensions, strikes a perfect balance between technical sophistication and visual appeal. For this villa, the door measures 2,100x2,600 mm, but can be scaled up to 3,000x6,200 mm if required.
This model features a flush opening that blends seamlessly into the architecture and is clad with panels customized by the client. Its functionality is enhanced by the Arckey motorized electronic lock with fingerprint reader, along with an automatic opening system powered by a floor-mounted motor and optional access control features. Overall, the architectural envelope has been enhanced by the selection of high performance technical solutions coupled with meticulous design.
