Enada is located through Mühye Valley, at the intersection of Turan Güneş Avenue and Doğukent Street, a developing commercial axis in Ankara. The site's challenging topography, characterized by significant slope variations along both axes, necessitates a strategic spatial approach. The project aspires to establish a multifunctional urban environment where commercial and office functions are seamlessly integrated, responding to contemporary office life dynamics while fostering social and cultural engagement.

In current urbanism, public spaces extend beyond conventional forms, evolving into dynamic platforms for cultural and artistic expression. Contemporary office environments must transcend mere functionality, promoting well-being, collaboration, and creative processes. It should encompass just only work activities but also relaxation, interaction, and creative thinking processes. Therefore, it should provide diverse spaces that support these various activities. Moreover, the spaces serving these activities should be designed to enhance communication and encourage the community to spend time together.

Given the project's scale, a sustainable approach is essential. Massing, spatial composition, and material selection are guided by environmental strategies. The design responds to the site's challenging topography with minimal intervention, allowing the architecture to harmonize with the natural terrain rather than imposing upon it. Open-air and socio-cultural programs enhance urban vitality and social sustainability. Contemporary office environments prioritize flexibility, natural light, ventilation, and mobility-integrated solutions, improving environmental performance and user experience. Accordingly, in the project the office and commercial functions are designed as sustainable urban elements, reducing their ecological footprint while supporting cultural and artistic engagement.

Enada envisions a flexible and sustainable urban square, Enada Square, designed to accommodate cultural activities such as cinema, concerts, and festivals. Extending from this focal point, a primary axis organizes spatial relationships, linking all functions and courtyards. This axis is articulated by a sculptural staircase, integrating seating areas and cascading terraces that optimize views of Mühye Valley.

A holistic massing strategy informs the project's spatial composition. The office block, set back from Doğukent Street, rises above the base, shaping an inviting public realm. The base, conceived as an extension of the landscape, merges built and open spaces, offering a layered spatial experience. Beyond Enada Square, a sculptural staircase functions as both a circulation spine and an activated public space, mediating transitions between courtyards and terraces while fostering interaction.

The office and commercial blocks are interconnected by an elevated pedestrian bridge, facilitating movement while defining upper-level recreational terraces, envisioned for fine-dining venues. Leveraging the site's east-west topography, Enada Path emerges as a multi-level urban artery, reinforcing spatial continuity between commercial and office functions, enhancing accessibility, and establishing a dynamic relationship with the city.

Enada, creates spaces that enrich public areas and encourage social interaction, while also establishing a strong relationship between aesthetics and functionality, aiming to offer users a comfortable and integrated living experience. Additionally, with its impressive facade and prestigious appearance, the project is planned to have a prominent presence in the city’s skyline.
