Oasisola transforms a former office building into a light-filled residential complex, redefining its bond with the city. By enhancing the existing structure, it minimizes land use and environmental impact, while redefining volumes, façades, and layouts to deliver superior living quality. A measured architectural language ensures integration with the urban fabric, while affirming a contemporary identity. At its core, the courtyard transformed into a lush garden serves as a green filter between the city and 54 new homes, improving microclimate, ventilation, and comfort, in synergy with advanced energy systems and a high-performance envelope.

Oasisola establishes itself as a true urban oasis within a vibrant Isola district undergoing full regeneration. By transforming a former office block into a residential landmark, the project injects greenery and light into an area historically lacking natural spaces. The central courtyard, reimagined as a lush garden, becomes both a climatic regulator and a social catalyst, offering residents a protected retreat while enriching the neighborhood’s identity. Through a measured yet contemporary architectural language, Oasisola integrates seamlessly with the urban fabric, embodying the spirit of renewal that defines the district’s evolution.

Sustainability guided every stage of Oasisola’s conception and execution. The project prioritized adaptive reuse, retaining structural elements to reduce waste and environmental impact. Advanced energy solutions — geothermal systems, solar panels, and a high‑performance thermal and acoustic envelope — ensure long‑term efficiency and comfort. Materials were selected for durability and circularity, while the inner garden enhances natural ventilation and microclimate regulation. This holistic approach minimizes consumption, lowers management costs, and elevates everyday well‑being, positioning Oasisola as a benchmark for responsible urban regeneration

The project stands out for its ability to transform an obsolete office building into a refined residential complex, offering new forms of comfort and architectural quality. At its core lies the inner courtyard, reimagined as a garden that brings light, greenery, and visual depth into the volume, giving the apartments an intimate and protected dimension, rare in a consolidated urban context. The 54 units feature flexible layouts, expansive glazed surfaces, and finishes chosen for durability and material richness, while common areas are designed to encourage social interaction and everyday well-being. The original structure is enhanced through a fully renewed envelope that integrates high-efficiency energy solutions and advanced systems, reducing consumption and management costs. The result is a coherent intervention that combines sustainability, elegance, and a renewed relationship between architecture and nature, where regeneration becomes a driver of identity and urban quality.
