TM Project, where luxury meets seamless functionality

Two Arquitetura

Interior  /  Completed
Two Arquitetura

The idea for this project emerged from the client’s request for a house that “feels like a luxury hotel.” Therefore, Karina, the Head Architect, focused on developing a space that balanced luxury with functionality. For her, the concept of a hotel evolved into a vision of comfort, warmth, and sophistication, where the environment feels like a welcoming retreat. The development of the idea centered on using textures to evoke a sensory experience, comfort, and personality. The design process included the careful selection of materials such as Minotti furniture, Moledo stone, European oak wood, and art pieces. The intention behind this project, completed over two years, was to reshape the clients' relationship with their home, creating a space for eternal memories.

Balcony view – integration of the pool and exterior design.

The project creates a seamless connection between the interior of the house and the surrounding landscape. Expansive windows and a suspended balcony allow the natural view to permeate the interiors, making the house feel like an extension of the outdoors. The infinity pool dissolves the boundary between the built environment and nature. In the master bathroom, a pergola that floods the space with natural light, transforms everyday life into a wellness ritual. Two Arquitetura prioritizes integration with natural elements, using European oak wood and Moledo stone that engage with the local vegetation. The Guatemalan green marble reflects the surrounding trees, and the olive trees inside the entrance greenhouse create a direct link with nature.

Interior – four interconnected spaces in a unified design.

At Two Arquitetura, we specialize in transforming requests into immersive experiences. When our client asked for "a house that feels like a luxury hotel," we designed a home that seamlessly combines functionality, warmth, and refinement, creating spaces that foster connections, uniting friends and family. Designed for receiving guests, the spacious open kitchen flows into the gourmet area, centered around a grand dining table. The living room is marked by earthy wood tones, complemented by an off-white Minotti sofa, a Guatemalan green marble fireplace, a bar made of the same material, and a games table. A central painting by Lara Montana anchors the space, creating not only an area that invites people to sit and enjoy but also one that pleases the eye. The TV area, adjacent to the living room, combines soft tones with black, exuding boldness and personality. The vast communal space extends to a suspended balcony, furnished with exclusive Minotti pieces and Brazilian designs, reinforcing the concept of refined leisure. Even spaces such as the kitchen and bathrooms are enhanced by luxurious details. The master suite bathroom features a marble bathtub enhancing sophistication and the guest restroom, with hand-painted walls by a local artist, is clad in whitewashed wood, and a delicate gold sculpture offering a unique experience. This project celebrates the transformation of everyday living into an experience of luxury and comfort.
