In 2020, Sage Realty engaged Fogarty Finger to reimagine the amenity offerings within their five commercial office buildings. With a holistic approach, the design team worked with Sage to envision a collection of amenity clubs which would be tied together through a central ‘Oasis’ concept.

Intended as an oasis for employees to enjoy updated and modern amenity offerings, each property was given an oasis type based on the building’s characteristics and amenity programs being provided. Oasis at 437 Madison is the first location in the series to be completed with a design based on a Polar Oasis. Catering to the building’s demographic that is centered around executive services, this club can be used for cultural and business events.

Intended as an oasis for employees to enjoy updated and modern amenity offerings, each property was given an oasis type based on the building’s characteristics and amenity program being provided. As the first club in the Oasis branded series, Oasis at 437 Madison was designed to be a Polar Oasis, and is an amenity rich, executive club-style retreat.

This Oasis is filled with intuitive visuals of color, materiality, texture, and furnishings intended to give one the feeling of being in a cozy, albeit highly styled cabin in the snowy woods of Scandinavia, illustrated by an icy looking metallic ceiling in the otherwise warmly furnished and accessorized bar area. Blue tones dominate many of the spaces as seen on the sofas, banquettes, and the rug and chairs in the conference room.

As the first club in the Oasis branded series, Oasis at 437 Madison is an amenity rich, executive club-style retreat. It features a café/bar, a communal lounge and library, a breakout studio for small gatherings, and a flexible conference room. The club achieves high marks for its acclaimed Winter Garden, which is a culinary experience for private dinners, parties, and events and supported by a full back-of-house full kitchen. One wall is covered with windows, the other is covered with mirrors to accentuate interior and exterior views. The Terrace Lounge above on the 15th floor is filled with greenery and overlooks St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
