The design inspiration deeply draws from the exquisite structure of the purlins in the Beijing Forbidden City and the tranquil artistic conception of the still water in Jinan Daming Lake, integrating traditional Oriental elements with modern design language. Through minimalism and de-ornamentation, the use of natural materials, large-scale space planning, and low-saturation color systems, combined with craftsmanship techniques such as building, stacking, and leaving blank spaces, it interprets a luxurious experience and artistic charm with a sense of the times through high-quality materials and unique design techniques.

The spatial design introduces natural elements such as green plants and water features, echoing the tranquil temperament of Jinan Daming Lake. Meanwhile, it integrates local modern old objects with precious repatriated artifacts from abroad, establishing a dialogue with the city's history in cultural inheritance. By highlighting the unique cultural values of the community and creating public spaces such as art galleries and sunken lounges, it enhances the interactivity between the project and urban life as well as community residents, creating a place that combines natural artistic conception and humanistic belonging.
The project focuses on the sustainability of nature and culture in practice: natural materials are selected to convey the traces of time and ensure durability. Through the reuse of old items and the combination of old objects and repatriated artifacts from abroad, it achieves material continuation and historical tribute. Intangible cultural heritage crafts such as Suzhou embroidery and lacquerware are introduced to promote the inheritance of traditional handicrafts in a modern context, practicing the concept of sustainability from the dual dimensions of material recycling and cultural inheritance.
Compared with similar designs, this project uses warm gray and antique bronze as the main colors, matched with metal craft floor screens and landscape-textured stone materials to create a luxurious and elegant artistic atmosphere. In space shaping, it returns to the Oriental aesthetic lifestyle of "returning to simplicity", achieving the integration of tradition and modernity through large-scale space, fluid layout, and private wrapping design. At the same time, through the de-commercialized sales design, it creates a unique spatial experience by constructing life scenes, interactive public spaces (such as a 16M super long LED interactive screen), and personalized functional areas (head SPA, gym, etc.).
The spatial experience integrating natural and cultural elements and the design combining functionality and artistry not only meet the needs of high-end customer groups for living experience but also enhance the cultural added value of the project through intangible cultural heritage crafts and sustainable concepts, forming a differentiated market competitiveness.
