The project is located right next to the east entrance of Baoji Expressway, at the gateway position, becoming the "first sight" for others to see Baoji. And its location, backed by the core area of the Central Financial, Cultural and Business Center and facing the Weihe Wetland Park, makes how to integrate the city with nature and appropriately implant it into the city the core focus of the project.

The project addresses dual boundaries between nature and urban context. Key design approaches include: 1.Respecting urban planning with varied rooflines to strengthen the rhythmic skyline, integrating as clustered forms; 2.Unifying residences and the super high-rise through a crown design, establishing a gateway landmark for Baoji; 3.Maximizing Wei River views with twisted volumes forming a "W" layout for extended viewing interfaces, reducing shadow impact and oppressive feeling on northern residences.
It adopts a volume cutting strategy as a whole to strengthen the balance between the inside and outside of the building group. Simultaneously, it designs a rotating tower to look into the nature and reduce the impact of sunlight. With a modern and minimalist design, this project leverages the power of nature and technology to create an unbounded, lightweight, and modern urban landmark. The tower has a harmonious but different design and, taking the meaning of a "portal", it is designed with the shape of "∩" with a landscape frame design to meet the sightseeing needs at the roof. The multi-dimensional functions of the tower are compounded on the cloud top to provide diversified lifestyles.
For this project, the design integrates holistic concepts and masterful craftsmanship to create an exemplary building that fulfills both client requirements and urban needs. The focus extends beyond vertical multifunctional integration to prioritize the interplay between natural ecosystems and urban architecture.
