By incorporating local cultural and landscape elements from Taizhou, the design reflects understated luxury, with architecture, materials, and nature seamlessly integrated. The interplay of light and shadow transforms the space, offering both a meditative and vibrant living experience.

This project prioritizes sustainability by integrating eco-friendly design strategies. The landscape follows a new naturalism approach, incorporating native and adaptive plant species that require minimal irrigation and maintenance, significantly reducing water consumption. High-quality natural stone is selected for its durability, minimizing the need for replacements. Passive environmental strategies are optimized, including strategic tree placement for natural shading, reducing heat buildup, and enhancing thermal comfort. Water features are designed to promote water recycling and conservation, improving the microclimate while preventing unnecessary waste.
