A handcrafted black volcanic stone dining table anchors the open-plan kitchen and dining area, enhanced by oak chairs and woven palm seats.

The interior design of Rosa Morada is based on San Pancho’s lush coastal jungle and ocean views. While the architecture terraces down the hillside, preserving vegetation and blending with the pink tones of local earth, the interiors open directly to shaded patios and outdoor lounges. Its calm, natural palette reflects the landscape, while the layout ensures privacy and a quiet connection to the Pacific horizon.

Chain + Siman’s interior design extends the architecture’s rhythm with oak beams, linen curtains, and woven accents, creating warm, open living spaces.

Passive design strategies for eco-compactibility guides Rosa Morada, with architecture that enhances natural cooling. The interior design applies timber, stone, and earthy textures to reflect the site’s palette while promoting thermal comfort. Open layouts with shaded patios foster airflow and reduce energy use. The project’s material choices and spatial strategies strengthen its connection to San Pancho.

ndoor-outdoor continuity is reinforced through natural oak furniture, neutral textiles, and subtle detailing

Rosa Morada’s interior design by Chain + Siman is defined by warmth, texture, and a strong sense of place. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding jungle and pink concrete architecture, the office used natural timber ceilings, stone surfaces, and handcrafted furniture to create calm and inviting spaces. Earthy tones and woven details appear throughout, from rustic light fixtures to artisanal textiles that soften each room. Open layouts connect interiors to shaded patios and terraces, enhancing ventilation and merging indoor comfort with views of lush greenery and the ocean beyond. Bathrooms feature stone sinks and textured finishes that echo the project’s natural palette, while bedrooms integrate neutral linens, custom woodwork, and woven headboards for a grounded, serene atmosphere. This approach celebrates Mexican materials and craftsmanship, creating spaces that feel rooted in context yet refined in execution. The result is an interior design that enhances the architectural concept while offering residents a tranquil, authentic experience aligned with the Nayarit coastal landscape.
