The idea stemmed from the client’s desire for a modern, elegant, and sustainable penthouse in the heart of Rome. OmniDe developed a refined design concept balancing minimalism, functionality, and comfort. The design philosophy embraced clear lines, natural materials, and volumetric purity, allowing light, texture, and the surrounding views to define the atmosphere. Every space was carefully crafted to create timeless sophistication while fully integrating the client’s lifestyle and sustainability goals.

The penthouse creates a strong dialogue with Rome’s urban landscape through panoramic glazing and open terraces. Floor-to-ceiling glass connects the interior with breathtaking city views, blurring boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. The terrace becomes an urban oasis, allowing nature and architecture to coexist harmoniously. The project respects Rome’s historical charm while offering a contemporary living experience that visually integrates the city’s iconic skyline into daily life.

Sustainability guided the design, employing natural oak flooring, durable stone countertops, and energy-efficient glazing to maximize daylight and reduce energy use. Integrated appliances, built-in storage, and concealed lighting minimize material waste while improving functionality. The design’s open plan encourages natural ventilation, lowering reliance on mechanical systems. Curve & Horizon stands as a model for sustainable luxury, balancing environmental responsibility with refined contemporary living.

Curve & Horizon is a 150m² penthouse that merges modern minimalism with luxurious warmth. Clear lines, sculptural forms, and curated textures create an atmosphere of calm sophistication. The kitchen’s monolithic island, integrated appliances, and matte cabinetry offer both functionality and visual purity. Custom joinery and suspended shelving create breathable, clutter-free living spaces. Natural oak flooring unifies the interior, while stone countertops add depth and elegance. Innovative ceiling design conceals extraction and lighting, enhancing spatial clarity. Floor-to-ceiling glass dissolves boundaries between inside and outside, opening to a panoramic terrace with sweeping views of Rome. Every element serves both aesthetic beauty and practical comfort, reflecting the client’s vision of sustainable modern living.
