The concept for Deloitte University Asia Pacific China originated from the client's vision to create a world-class leadership development center that aligns with Deloitte's global standards while reflecting local cultural elements. The design is based on four core concepts: future technology, green sustainability, rooted in local culture and refined from the memory of the original industrial site. The concept evolved through extensive research, stakeholder engagement, and iterative design processes, ensuring the space would inspire leaders of tomorrow.

The three-storey height lobby is surrounded by a glass curtain wall to bring in natural light.

Nestled in Huairou District, Beijing, Deloitte University Acsia Pacific China harmoniously integrates with its natural surroundings. The design respects the landscape by incorporating green spaces, terraces, and vegetation walls that connect the building to the environment. It also draws inspiration from the local culture and industrial history, blending modern architecture with traditional elements. This creates a symbiotic relationship where the academy enhances the urban fabric while preserving the ecological integrity of the area.
