The project started with the intention to create a residential tower that combines high living standards with practical design and long-term sustainability. The team developed a concept that responds to Dubai’s climate and urban density, focusing on natural light, ventilation, and smart use of space. The architectural form was inspired by wind and desert patterns, but the development process remained rooted in efficiency, livability, and future-focused technologies that support both residents' needs and environmental performance.

ICONIC Residences is designed to integrate into its context in Dubai Internet City, a key area for business, education, and innovation. Its location offers direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road and public transport, making it highly accessible. The tower’s orientation and glazing maximize sea and skyline views while reducing thermal gain. The scale and materials complement the surrounding architecture, and the inclusion of green spaces and terraces helps soften its presence within the urban fabric, contributing positively to the local environment.
Sustainability guided the design, with a high-performance, double-glazed façade that reduces energy use and noise. The façade also uses a modular system based on Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) principles, which improves efficiency, reduces waste, and speeds up construction. GRC and composite materials lower the carbon footprint and extend durability. Smart HVAC, LED lighting, and limited renewable energy use enhance performance. Green terraces and a sky garden support resident well-being. The project targets LEED Silver certification.
ICONIC Residences is a high-end residential tower located in Dubai Internet City, designed in collaboration with Pininfarina. The project includes 310 units ranging from one-bedroom apartments to penthouses, all featuring high ceilings, large windows, and private terraces to maximize light and views. The design reflects fluid forms inspired by the local climate, with a focus on livability and efficiency. A modular façade system, based on DFMA principles, enables faster construction and reduces material waste. Sustainability is integral: the building features a double-glazed, high-performance façade for thermal and acoustic comfort; eco-friendly materials like GRC and composite panels; and smart technologies including LED lighting, efficient HVAC, and partial use of renewable energy. Green terraces and a private sky garden support well-being. The development offers pools, a spa, cinema, co-working areas, and a full property management program. Its location ensures excellent connectivity to public transport, business hubs, and leisure areas, making it suitable for residents and investors alike.
