The total land area of the project is 16,947 square meters, with a plot ratio of 2.3. The green space ratio is no less than 35%, and the building height is controlled within 80 meters. The total construction area is approximately 62,728 square meters, including high-rise (24 floors) and multi-storey (6 floors) dormitory-type public rental housing, a bus terminal and supporting facilities, and a two-story underground garage. The design strictly adheres to the national construction standards for centralized rental housing, meeting the dual demands of modern living and transportation functions.
