Hospitality driven, high-end design focusing on gathering. The space represents company culture and values as well as the natural environment of Salt Lake City. The project includes a four-story interior stair adjacent to the perimeter curtain wall. The stair is wrapped in curved wood veneer and glass guardrails with curved corners, in front of a four story bronze anodized aluminum tube sculptural feature wall hung from the slab above. The design of the feature wall recalls the undulation of the Wasatch Front Mountain Range, a view which can be experienced out the perimeter curtain wall as you traverse the stair.

The planning concept references the base-building architecture to provide the most efficient planning and access to daylight and views. The soft curves complement the surrounding mountains and inform the design of the four-story connecting stairs and feature wall. The curved multi-dimensional wood stair form is carved through the space vertically, with a glass railing. The architectural bronze backdrop has a connection to its locale, with a subtle mountainous scape. Colors and textures are drawn from the surrounding pine trees and nature. A dark wood core acts as the backdrop to artwork adding contrast to the light architectural palette throughout the space.
