Real Estate Special Contest: property development now included in TPA 2021

Another new development at THE PLAN AWARD 2021 is the Real Estate Special Contest, an award dedicated to real estate businesses and freelancers.

To take part, enter your project in one of the following categories:

• Investment and Asset Management
• Environmental Social Governance (ESG)
• Innovation and Design

The submitted projects will be analyzed by a varied and prestigious dedicated Jury, which is organized so as to grant all submissions a proper and high-quality evaluation on different fronts. Mario Breglia (PhD, President and Founder of Scenari Immobiliari) will serve as President; the Members of the Jury will be Gilda Gastaldi (PhD, President of GSD Foundation), Luca Giannelli (Engineer, CEO of United Consulting), Ezio Micelli (Professor at IUAV University of Venice) and Elisabetta Spitz (Architect, Special Commissioner Sorgente sgr, Extraordinary Commissioner MOSE Project); Nicola Leonardi (Engineer, Managing Editor and Co-Founder of THE PLAN) will serve as Moderator.

For each category, a Completed winner and a Future winner will be chosen. The two winners will then vie for the Overall Winner Completed and Overall Winner Future. An exclusive promotional campaign will be dedicated to each winning project, which will include space in dedicated publications and newsletters. The international jury will also award one or more honorable mentions, if it deems it appropriate.

Moreover, thanks to the collaboration with the prestigious IE School of Architecture & Design, based in Madrid and Segovia, the winners of each category are eligible (pending admission to the course) for a partial scholarship for the following school’s Master’s Full Time or Part Time Programs:

• Master in Real Estate Development Full-Time

• Global Master in Real Estate Development Part-Time

You have until August 31, 2021, to enter your project in the Real Estate Special Contest.
