The projects in the ‘Education’ category of THE PLAN Award 2021

The school has been severely hit by Covid, in its very essence as a place for exchange, sharing and socializing. Never as in the last two years has the role that architecture plays in organizing the activities of educational, training and research institutions been evident. The designers accompany this awareness with structures capable of integrating different functions, equipped with many green spaces, laboratories as well as classrooms for frontal teaching and real campuses where students can live and learn.

There are 43 shortlisted projects in the ‘Education’ category of THE PLAN Award 2021, between the two sections Completed and Future, coming from all over the world. These works have already passed the first selection phase of the prestigious annual architecture and design award and could be included by the jury among the finalists. However, everyone can vote for their favorite projects in view of the assignment of the Community Wish List Special Prize.
